The Wishing Trees
The Wishing Trees installation draws on the Druidic tradition of the sacred grove to create a “magical” space. The work evolved into several forms for different events. The version of 2012 included an interactive component through the creation of wands and wishing stars to give participants a positive psychological boost through social interaction and by creating objects to encourage wish formation.
