Toukley Village Green Lanterns

Artist’s Residency at Toukley, on the Central Coast of New South Wales.

Residents were invited to participate in lantern-making workshops at the Container Hub Pop-Up at Toukley Village Green.

At these workshops participants worked with the artist to produce or decorate lanterns that expressed personal, familial and community connections with Toukley using colours, symbols and images to represent the local environment, flora, fauna and people.

The completed lanterns were installed at Toukley Village Green.
